A True Oasis for the Perfect Retreat, yet located in the Heart of the Action on Beach Blvd. 1. Minimum age to book is 25yr old 2. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on property 3. Minimum Stay: 3 nights but may increase during major events/holidays 4. Limited Damage Waiver protects you up to $1500 of accidental damage provided it is reported before your departure. 5. No Smoking/Vaping can be fined up to $600 and evicted with no refund 6. Occupancy- DO NOT exceed occupancy. You will be evicted without refund 7. Cancellations: must cancel before 30 days to arrival. 8. Refunds- we do not refund if cancelled inside 30 days to arrival, for inclement weather or personal circumstances. 9. We encourage guest to purchase travel insurance with the property manager 10. Linens, towels, and supplies- we provide a start-up of toiletry items and linens to meet occupancy for this condo 11. Please review the property and pool rules in the rental agreement 12. No trailers, boats, jet skis or RVs allowed 13. A damage deposit may be required during major holidays/events 14.
