Cozy guest house in Oro Valley

This is a 600 sq ft guest house that's on a large and private large property (you won't see neighbors), yet close to all of the conveniences of Oro Valley and Tucson. Guests will have privacy, with their own driveway and parking space. Beautiful views of the city and mountains, and a 5-minute drive to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A full kitchen, laundry room, cable tv with premium channels and wifi, and pet friendly ($20/night pet fee per animal) The space Private driveway, large yard, guest house is separate (not attached to main house), free wifi and cable TV with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc). Guests have their own laundry room. Beautiful area, great views, and close to everything. We are also pet lovers, so we do our best to accommodate pets. Separate sitting area with fire pit, giving great views of the Tucson city lights. Other things to note Pets welcome: house-trained dogs are ok, but they must be on leash if outside the house. There is a $20/day (per pet) charge for pets. Pets may not sit/lay on furniture.
