Five a minute walk to Hillcrest and a mile far from Airport. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Modern, luxurious and prime location. Right across Sixth Avenue is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. San Diego Zoo, San Diego International Airport Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride. Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive. Parking We do have a parking garage on the property, but it is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, the fee for parking in our parking garage is 30$ per day. There is also parking on the streets surrounding our building. However, it is meter parking. Be aware of the signage. Always make sure to lock your vehicle. Please make sure to email us prior to your arrival if you choose to purchase a parking day pass, so we can email a parking pass and you can place it on the driver's side dash where it is visible. We have an on-site laundromat and it is located next to the vending machines and management office.
