The space The deck outside the master bedroom and the dining room features 2 wrought iron round tables and chairs for morning coffee, dining, drinks, or just enjoying the view. The front bedrooms, kitchen and breakfast area face a quaint rock garden area where you can enjoy the wonderful afternoon sun. Well equipped kitchen has a cozy breakfast nook, brand new four-door french door stainless steel refrigerator, Dishwasher and electric range and brand new microwave and oven. Dining and living room with gorgeous finished wood floors. Spacious indoor/outdoor family area with high ceilings, large windows and decorative fireplace. Two front bedrooms have hardwood floors and plenty of closet space. They share a remodeled guest bathroom. Master bedroom has hardwood floors, an ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. In the event Pacific Gas and Electric (our power company) believes that extreme fire danger conditions may threaten the electric system serving our community, they may find it necessary to turn off electricity in the interest of public safety. This is called a “Public Safety Power Shutoff”. Should this occur, we have available for our guests flashlights, candles and battery-operated lanterns. Our water heater is powered by gas, however fans, heat and air conditioning require electricity. We believe that if power has been turned off locally, it’s likely that the entire area may be without power as well. In an attempt to address potential power outages prospectively, we will provide our guests a credit for the inconvenience of not having electricity. See House Rules for details. Dogs.
