Free on-site parking for one car is included, along with access to an EV charging point (please note this is a shared facility for all building residents and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times). The area is monitored by CCTV for your added peace of mind. Guest access Access to the Casa7 apartment is at the rear of the building named Casa. To reach it, drive up the side road to the back car park. You may use any available space, but parking is limited to one vehicle only. If you have an electric car, feel free to use the EV charging point – it operates via the Monta Charge app. The apartment entrance is easy to spot, and the key safe is located on the right side of the main door. Other things to note For the comfort of all our guests and neighbours, the apartment is suitable for up to two adults and one child.
