Guest access Check-In is from 3:00 PM onwards. Self Check in OK - but for international guests in WINTER, we recommend assisted check-in with English/Japanese support to help you enjoy Hakuba fully. If you need assisted check-in or don’t have a car, please let us know. We provide complimentary pick-up from Hakuba Train Station or Happo Bus Terminal. For other Hakuba locations, please ask. If arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance. Other things to note Bears Transport - Car Rental Service Explore Hakuba with ease this winter! It will not be available during winter (December 1st to March 31st). For early spring and late fall, please inquire.
