Unwind at this renovated mid-century home, Hillside Manner. It is surrounded by woods, so feels private. You can eat in the cathedral dining area, or on the back patio in the warmer seasons. The mattresses & pillows are memory foam, the Amazon Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen offers anything you need. Perfect for families and groups of friends, the 3 bdrms can sleep up to 6 guests. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10! The space The fire pit will call you, but so will the coffee options in the morning. You can walk through the quiet neighborhood to Pine View Golf Course, or hop into a car for dinner in Ypsi’s Depot Town, Downtown, or on Ann Arbor’s Main Street. My property is also 15 minutes from Michigan Stadium and 8 minutes from Eastern Michigan University. My home is divided into two separate spaces. I live on the premises. The Airbnb space is located on floors 2 and 3. I live in the downstairs unit with two cats. They never go upstairs. The Airbnb space is pet-free. This is a child-friendly space. I have a high-chair, pack 'n play, and kids' dish ware and silverware. I also have books, games, and outside activities for them. A door with a lock divides the two spaces. We each have separate entrances. I'm available to help you with the fire pit or grill. Otherwise, I'll be out of your way. However, if you prefer to meet, I'm always happy to do so if I am home. Guests often see me out in the yard tending to the gardening. Guest access You have your own entrance in front with a code for access. You'll receive this information along with parking instructions in the welcome email within 24 hours before your visit. I have a very long driveway that can fit 4-5 cars. Just let me know if you'll have more than one car, so I can park in the street. I've had large trucks, a boat, a trailer, and speciality cars parked in the driveway. Let's just say, I have not seen a vehicle yet that doesn't fit! I have one extension cord for electric cars. Other things to note Wi-Fi: Brick & Cedar Homes Password: enjoyyourstayathillside Heating and Cooling: Each room has its own thermostat to control the electric heater in that room, so you can choose your temperature. To ensure the heat is off, simply turn it down to 52. There are four window air conditioning units in the space. One is in the kitchen and the other 3 are in the bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and light. You will have access to anything in the kitchen: dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, and spices. Enjoy! TV: There is a Amazon Smart TV with wi-fi.
