Perfect for families and groups of friends, the 3 bdrms can sleep up to 6 guests. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10! The fire pit will call you, but so will the coffee options in the morning. You can walk through the quiet neighborhood to Pine View Golf Course, or hop into a car for dinner in Ypsi’s Depot Town or Ann Arbor’s Main Street. My home is divided into two separate spaces. I live on the premises. The Airbnb space is located on floors 2 and 3. I live in the downstairs unit with two cats. They stay downstairs only. A door with a deadbolt divides the two spaces. We each have separate entrances. I'm available to help you with laundry (which is in my space), or with the fire pit or grill. Otherwise, I'll be out of your way. However, if you prefer to meet and receive a welcome and tour, I'm always happy to do so. You’ll have your own entrance in front, and will enjoy a large entertainment room with cathedral ceilings. A large and open fully-stocked kitchen and dining room are yours to enjoy. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The yard, including seating for six, one hammock, and fire pit are also available. I love meeting and talking with people. I also love hosting and making local recommendations. Neighbors walk and ride bikes. It’s family-friendly. The beautiful golf course is only a few streets away. Fresh Thyme Market is a lovely grocery store within 2 minutes of the house. There is a walk by a creek and through a small wooded area about 4 blocks from my house, toward Cole Road. Cars, bikes, or ride-shares are best for getting here. Ypsi’s Depot Town is 3 miles, so it’s a bit too far to walk. Take Uber or Lyft to and from U of M games and avoid drinking and driving, while saving on parking fees! I've also had large boats, moving trucks, motorcycles, and bikes in this driveway! To ensure the heat is off, simply turn it down to 52. There are two window air conditioning units in the space. One is in the kitchen and the other in the master bedroom.
