We recommend 4WD or snow chains in winter conditions. The driveway and front stairs are regularly cleared, but use caution on ice. Maximum 3 cars in the driveway. A Note on Cell Service: AT&T gets strong signal at the cabin. Verizon users can use WiFi calling, which works great on our 87 Mbps connection. Other things to note WiFi in our cabin with approximately 32 mbs download and 6 mbs upload speeds (internet speeds may be variable and latency is high due to long distance geostationary satellite internet). 5GE Cellular Service (AT&T only - Verizon does not get service, however WiFi calling does work) with decent signal strength at our cabin and strongest signal strength at the highway entrance to our community, capable of streaming high definition videos and sustaining video calls at the cabin. *PLEASE NOTE - there is no ice machine on the fridge. The property description does not list one. Also, the two gas fireplaces are for decor only. They are non functional. The fire place in the living room is operational.*
