Guest access Driveway has double parking pad to the side & has space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway, allowing 4 total vehicles to be parked in the driveway at the same time. Other things to note We are located on the Moore’s Mill/Society Hill side of Auburn, with a pharmacy, grocery store, multiple gas stations & multiple restaurants just minutes away. Auburn University’s Campus AND TigerTown Shopping Center are both only a 10 minute drive away! 15 minutes to the Auburn Mall, EAMC Hospital & downtown Opelika. The home sits on 3+ acres of mature woods and there is an abundance of wildlife around the home including deer, squirrels, possums, ducks, armadillos, snakes and a variety of insects. It is only one step down into the living room from the front foyer, the dining room & the downstairs hallway. There are fewer steps leading into the house on the back of the home vs. the front of the house as well.
