Please note that the stairs in the home are steep and do not have a rail for the entire length. We would not recommend the use of these stairs by small, mobile children without adult supervision. LCD TV in living room - 40 in. LCD TV in second floor bedroom - Luxury towels & linens provided - Private carport with charging station for your Electric Vehicle - Stairs inside may not be suitable for toddlers. (Please contact us for more information). Guest access A code will be provided to access the home. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
