Spacious, luxurious, and even a flare of swank! We are thrilled to share our cabin to allow your group to have the most amazing experience at Brian Head. The Holyoak Pines Cabin has huge rooms, 2 massive decks with sunset and sunrise views, an all wood sauna, 5 gas fireplaces, an old fashioned kitchen (with modern amenities), and an oversized dining and gathering area with high ceilings. In every room, you will be in awe as the unique design elements and architecture amaze you. The space The Holyoak Cabin is an amazing and unique property. Please carefully read and confirm all details before booking: - Max occupancy is 18 guests and 4 vehicles (no on-street parking). - 4-Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive is REQUIRED in the winter months (October-April). We do not offer refunds due to inaccessibly. If you have 4WD or AWD, you will be just fine. - The Holyoak Pines Cabin is 3800 square feet along with 2 massive decks. - The upper area of the detached structure is a 3-level wood sauna. - The 3rd Bedroom is in the detached structure with access via the deck. There is not bathroom directly connected to the 3rd bedroom. - The 4th and 5th "bedrooms" are each an open loft. See pics for details. - For clarity, here is the bed / bathroom layout: Master Bedroom: 1 King (Master bathroom connected, and access to central bathroom) 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen + 1 Queen & Twin as a bunk (2 bathrooms connected to the 2nd bedroom) 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen (no direct access to a bathroom from 3rd bedroom, central bathroom mainly used) 1st Loft: 1 Queen 2nd Loft: 1 Twin Plus there is a pull out couch upstairs and a futon downstairs. There are 9 beds total sleeping 15 people. - The cabin has wifi, however due to the remoteness of the location, the best wifi option available is through a cellular data connection. The wifi works well and can stream Netflix / YouTube / Zoom, etc, but speeds are not as good as what you would expect in the city. The wifi will not support online gaming. - There are 3 TV's, and all have a connected FireStick. You must login to your own Amazon account to use the FireStick. - Right from the cabin property, there is access to hundreds of miles of ATV trails on forest roads. In the winter, there is access to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails that lead you to some of the most incredible riding in all of Utah. Thunder Mountain Motorsports also has rentals of ATV's in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter. If you choose to rent with Thunder Mountain and want the MOST AMAZING guide, message me and I'll get you hooked up with Ted. - Please note the current photos show a ping-pong table in the downstairs gathering area. The ping-pong table has currently been removed. In addition, we have made several other updates since the photos were taken. All linens are white and new. - We do not allow pets at the cabin. If pets are brought onsite, we must charge you an extra $550 for extensive cleaning including an allergen treatment. We have family who is highly allergic. Guest access There is a single width driveway that will accommodate up to 4 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked off the street during winter months. The final quarter mile to the cabin is on a well-improved dirt road. Other things to note The Holyoak Pines Cabin is brand new to Airbnb (March 2021), and being offered for the first time. We know that you will have an incredible 5-star experience during your stay. The cabin is furnished with all new white linens, towels, and kitchenware.
