Enjoy our custom-built home that sleeps 8 comfortably. This spacious home is over 3,200 sq ft. and only a 2-3 minute easy walk to the beautiful beaches of St George Island, Fl. One king bed with ensuite bath, two upstairs queen rooms with ocean views and shared bath, one twin room with ensuite bath. Pet friendly. No more carpet (some photos don't reflect the recent renovations). Private pool with option to heat except months of Dec-Feb. Two queen bedrooms upstairs with a hallway bathroom (has shower, toilet and sink). Each bedroom has its own door to the outside upstairs patio where you have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy listening to the sounds of the waves crash while enjoying a hot cup of coffee up here early in the mornings. Downstairs (main living area) you will find the master king bedroom two different closets (one for him, one for her!). There is a master bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub, toilet and double sink. There is another bedroom consisting of two twin beds with its own full size bathroom. Everyone can come together in our large living area. Here you will find an open concept living/kitchen area with enough seating for everyone with views of the Gulf! Have a seat at our “game table” and enjoy a puzzle or a game of Apples to Apples on rainy day! Guests will be able to access entire home (3,200 square feet). There is an OPTION to heat the pool during your stay for an additional $350. We will need to know a week prior to your arrival date if you would like pool heat, as it does take a few days to reach temperature. We do not heat the pool during the months of December, January, and February as the outside temperature does not get high enough to heat the pool properly.
