The space Our home has been built with much thought and love to the design, layout and furnishings to capture the best aspects of the location and using natural elements & recycled timbers to transport you to relaxation mode asap. Upon entry, your eye will be captivated by the extensive rural view framed by locally sourced and hand milled timber. Feel your mind quieten, your body soothe.. you are home. LIVING, DINING, KITCHEN. This space is a crowd favourite! Sit and watch and listen to the various birds & wildlife below as you enjoy the north east aspects of this most comfortable area. UPSTAIRS AMENITIES * Upstairs shower for quick wash offs after the beach * Toilet - DOWNSTAIRS - BEDROOM 1 Such a beautiful space to chill, relax and rejuvenate. * Queen size bed * Huge walk in robe * Deep sided bath & bath salts * Shower & toilet with outdoor garden view * Windows & doors to outdoor deck and bushland * Vanity features historic original timber slabs recycled from the Sydney woodsheds BEDROOM 2 Large double doors spilling out onto the deck. * Queen size bed * Wardrobe BEDROOM 3 This room opens or closes off to second lounge area. * Queen size bed * Wardrobe 2ND LOUNGE AREA & FOLD OUT An extra lounge area with smart tv and a super comfortable inner spring queen fold out, extends to a sunny deck with bush and birdlife. Wake up with the birds or listen to their serenade lull you to sleep. There are no blinds or curtains to separate you from the tranquil bush outside here. * Lounge * Queen size bed BATHROOM Main bathroom consists of shower, toilet and basin. The room is unique, using old railway sleepers and recycled bricks from the original Milton Bakery. (See if you can spot the convicts initials in the bricks.) A glass ceiling allows you to shower under the stars. FISH POND We have a long, shallow fish pond downstairs that runs alongside the hall way to the bedrooms. Please consider this when booking with small children. LAUNDRY Full laundry access in the garage. Detergents and softeners all supplied. LINEN SUPPLIED: The beds will have pillows, mattress protectors, blankets and doonas. Linen and bath towels are supplied and included in cleaning fee. THIS IS OUR HOME: We rent our home out while away travelling so all our personal belongings are around and we appreciate you respect our travel curios etc. There will be space cleared in the wardrobes etc. for your use but expect personal belongings!!! Firstly, it was a very easy check-in. The house was clean, tidy, modern and quirky, equipped with all you could possibly need for a short stay. A beautiful layout, absolutely gorgeous views, and just an incredible feel overall. The owners were kind enough to leave some bathroom and laundry amenities, and a fully equipped pantry and kitchen, as well as a manual to help you around the house, which also had recommendations of nearby cafes. It was within close range of supermarkets, cafes, shops, and within 5-10 mins of nearby beaches and towns, a real great location.
