The space This is a beautiful modern home is located in a safe and quiet suburb. Bedrooms: The very spacious Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms boast of 2 comfortable queen size beds in each room, bedside tables with wireless chargers/charging ports/3 level mood lights (all in one). Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. These include; a modern oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric fryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, crockery, plates, cups, cutlery and a blender. Living areas: There is a 6 seater dining table, comfy upholstery lounge seats and a new smart TV A baby high chair is available. There are lots of kids' books/activities and board games provided. Laundry: There is a provision of a washing machine, washing and an detergent and an outside clothesline. An iron and ironing board are also available. What is provided: Guests will be provided with clean linen, blankets, towels, body wash, hair shampoo & conditioner and a hair dryer. Outdoor: The backyard is safe and secure with a lockable side gate. There is a 6 seater outdoor table and a nice clean backyard to sit and relax. Heating & Cooling The house comes with modern Central heating/cooling system, making the property very comfortable whether in Winter or Summer. Guest access Free parking spaces at the front and side of the house are all available for easy parking. The garage is unavailable temporarily. Check in details will be sent to the guests before arrival. There is free Wi-Fi. Password will be provided on arrival. You will have access to a quiet private backyard which is fenced off and has a lockable gate.
