An executive 3 bedroom new house, all to yourself

Enjoy this modern, central located and peaceful home, whether with your friends or with your family. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests or 3 couples, with 3 comfortable Queen sized beds. A sofa bed is available at an extra cost of $50 per night. Please contact the host at least 3 days before your check in regarding the sofa bed. The house is conveniently located, only 5 minutes drive to Belconnen shopping Mall and 15 minutes drive to the Canberra City Centre. The space This is a beautiful modern house located in a safe and quiet suburb. The very spacious Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms boast of 2 comfortable queen size beds in each room, bedside tables with wireless chargers/charging ports/3 level mood lights (all in one). Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. These include; a modern oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric fryer, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, crockery, plates, cups and cutlery. Living areas: There is a 6 sitter dining table, comfy upholstery lounge seats and a new smart TV. Laundry: There is a provision of a washing detergent, washing machine/dryer and an outside clothesline. An iron and ironing board are also available. Guests will be provided with clean linen, blankets, towels, body wash, hair shampoo & conditioner and a hair dryer. All the linen is professionally washed. Guest access Canberra is very easy to navigate. You will be provided with a detailed guide & information pack on arrival. Free parking spaces at the front and side of the house are all available for easy parking. The garage is not available. The house has ducted heating/cooling controlled from a central pad. There is free Wi-Fi. Password will be provided on arrival. You will have access to a quiet private backyard which is fenced off and has a lockable gate. There is a vegetable garden at the back of the house. You are welcome to use the veggies & herbs from this garden, when they are in season. This little garden is chemical free. Other things to note Covid-19 Safety We have partnered with experts to create safety practices and a cleaning process.
