All associated costs will be charged to the guest and may exceed AUD $700. This policy is non-negotiable due to safety and security requirements. Other things to note • Swimming Pool Temperature The swimming pool is heated; however, water temperature may vary with seasonal weather conditions and typically ranges between 20–24°C. During cooler periods, we recommend checking the water temperature before entering. • Air Conditioning & Vent Control Below the air-conditioning control panel, you will find a button that allows you to switch airflow between rooms: Sun icon → Living room airflow Moon icon → Bedroom airflow • We don't normally offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
