Apartment Near Center + EV Charging

You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a cozy box-spring couch (permanent sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. The parking space with charging station directly in front of the balcony is part of the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc. The space Your apartment is on the first floor, with the bedroom and kitchen facing the inner courtyard. You can see your car in the parking lot from both rooms. I have renovated the apartment for you. If you are up to four guests, that's no problem, as two of you can sleep on the super-comfortable box-spring sofa bed :-) You have two TVs with Netflix. You can charge your car with up to 9 amps of green electricity. Please ask me about access. Guest access The apartment is completely yours with all amenities. Feel at home and have a great time in Dresden! 2 TVs with Amazon Fire Stick and Netflix. Other things to note I installed new fans on the ceilings for the summer. We are greenies, so we only use green electricity. All the lights are fitted with LEDs, the taps have energy-saving valves and the house has been renovated to make it more energy-efficient. We would be delighted if you would take up our idea of thriftiness and only use as much energy, water and washing-up liquid as you really need. This protects the environment and keeps the accommodation price low :-) Please turn off the heating when you open the window. In Dresden, guests have to pay a bed tax of 6% of the travel price. This is already included in the Airbnb price and will not be charged separately.
