The space The apartment: Located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase, the apartment is composed as follows: Day area: Fitted living room with : - Sitting area with sofa bed, TV - Dining table for 4 people - Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker... - Access to balcony via large bay window Sleeping area: - One bedroom with double bed. - Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer. - Separate WC. Exterior: - 5 m² north-west-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. It is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs in summer, to enjoy a good meal, facing the splendid mountain panorama. - Private parking space in the residence parking lot. Free parking spaces are available just outside the residence. - Shared heated indoor swimming pool, accessible only during the residence's opening periods: school vacations from Christmas to the end of March, and during July and August . Suitable for children. Guest access You will have access to the full flat. Linen rental requests must be made by e-mail 1 week before arrival. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. -Pets are not accepted. - Wifi available in common areas. - A parent is responsible for children's swimming.
