Welcome to this beautiful American-style villa — the perfect retreat for families and groups who value space, comfort, and togetherness. The space The warm and inviting living room offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy shared meals. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, this villa accommodates up to 13 guests, making it ideal for large families or multiple generations traveling together. There are two luxurious bathrooms, and for the little ones, a crib and highchair are provided. Children will have the time of their lives with the outdoor play area featuring swings and a slide, and the indoor game room with pool table, table football and a typical Dutch game; Shuffleboard — plenty of fun for all ages! Outside, the spacious private grounds offer a peaceful environment where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace or take a dip in the heated swimming pool of 28 degrees or jacuzzi of 38 degrees. You can also play table tennis or jump at the trampoline. The villa’s central location makes it easy to explore Heerhugowaard, Alkmaar, or Amsterdam, and within just 20 minutes, you can reach the beach. Please note: to maintain the serene atmosphere of this family-oriented retreat, loud music and the use of personal speakers or music boxes are not permitted, and quiet enjoyment is expected at all times. The swimming pool is open from the April until the last weekend of October. In short — a luxurious, child-friendly villa where families can create unforgettable memories together. Guest access The whole property. Other things to note - It is NOT allowed to play music outside - The pool is only available from the first weekend of April until the last weekend of October - There is a fully automatic coffee machine available. You are welcome to bring your own favorite coffee beans and, if desired, frothed milk to make delicious cappuccinos. - You may only use the shampoo and shower gel that are available because they are especially suitable for the septic tank. The shampoo and shower gel are specially selected for both men and women and are suitable for all skin types. - You need to bring your own bath towel. - Shower towels are available. - If you want to check in earlier or check out later, you can request this one week in advance. - Dogs are allowed at a supplement of €50 per dog - EV charging station During your stay, you are welcome to use the EV charging station. Please note that charging is not included in the accommodation price. To use the charging station, you will need a compatible and verified charging card. The charging rate is €0.49 per kWh (excluding VAT) and will be charged automatically via the E-flux system. If you do not have a compatible charging card, unfortunately the charging station cannot be used.
