Trails End/Dog Friendly

Secluded cabin tucked back in a hollow of WNC. Small creek trickles down the middle of the property. Access the Over Mountain Victory Trail from the property. Walk the trail to Fonta Flora Brewing (1.3 Miles). A short drive to the Fonta Flora Trail and the Linville Gorge via 105. A great place to come hike and bike! Close to Morganton, Marion, Old Fort, Black Mountain, Asheville and Boone. Unfortunately, our property does not have adequate space for you to bring your own boat. The space There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. The sofa has a queen pullout couch. This is a small house and would probably be most comfortable for 4 but If you don't mind a sleeper sofa in the living room there is room for 6. There are 2 TV's and internet access. There is a coffee bar set up in the dining room. There is a traditional pot and a Keurig. We are secluded from other houses. The Over Mountain Victory Trail is located up a steep trail from our yard. If you take a left (right is private property) it will take you to the Fonta Flora Brewery in 1.3 miles and to the Lake James State Park in 2.2 miles. Guest access There is enough parking for 3 cars. Many of our neighbors have lived here for many years so please respect their privacy and stay on our property. There is a creek running through the yard and a fire pit to gather around. We have a charcoal grill and outdoor seating. Other things to note We are pet friendly. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog or dogs. There is a $50 pet fee and a maximum of 2 dogs. We have all new furniture and will put covers over the furniture. Please keep your dog(s) on a leash or contained at all times. There are other dogs in the neighborhood as well as wild animals. There is not a fence. Please keep them safe.
