No Pets over 20 pounds permitted and a photo of pet is required after booking. $50 Additional pet fee ( each pet) We only allow 2 pets in total. Each Pet must not weigh over 20 pounds. Pet fee increases for a stay of over 5 days. We would appreciate your pet being crated and not left unattended when you leave for the day. We do provide poop bags should you forget your own. Please pick up after your dog. Additional fees will be deducted from your security should our property manager have to pick up after your pet post stay. Discard all poop bags in our garbage pails but be sure the garbage pails are lined with a bag first. Owner must leash their pets as the front yard has no fences. Guest access Key Pad entry is on the side door. A unique code will be given the day of. Key pad will work only from check in at 3 PM to check out at 11 AM. Front door key not provided.
