Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax. I am happy to offer you parking passes just please ask in advance!. It is also easy to hail an Uber/Lyft from the unit as well or mass transit is a quick 10-15 minute walk away. The space There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen mattresses, luxurious white sheets, plenty of pillows and 1 TV. The bathroom is gorgeous with new double-sinks, under-cabinet lighting and a massive spa-like shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle & dishes/silverware! Guest access Please be advised there is no common area in the space. However your unit is separate from the above units, with your own private, self-check-in entrance - so you can come and go as you please! Other things to note The entrance to the unit is in the rear of the building, through the back door. To get there, you pass through a breezeway at the right side of the building. There are a few stairs down to get into the unit, but once you are inside, there aren't any stairs and the shower is a walk-in. You'll never have to worry about losing a key because the unit is accessed with a key code lock! We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
