Enjoy sundowners/coffee at the cafe-style breakfast nook downstairs. Large flat yard (no fence) with fire pit The space Three of the five bedrooms are huge, all with incredible sea views . The listing states we can accommodate 10 adults, however in a multi-family setting we could have up 14 guests being 6 adults each with their own bedrooms and 8 children (4 per bedroom). The house is totally geared for multi family holidays with two completely separate living areas (upstairs and downstairs) with all amenities, two kitchens, two lounges with tv's, two fridges, two washing machines and dryers, two dishwashers, and two decks. This is perfect for two or three families looking for a combined holiday but still wanting some separate space to themselves sometimes. INTERNET/WIFI ACCESS This property provides complimentary WIFI through iiNet and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details and will be available at the property. Although this is not anticipated to be a problem, please note, that the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan. HEATING AND COOLING - Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 have two ceiling fans and Bedroom 2 & 4 have one ceiling fan to keep you cool and fresh. - Upstairs and downstairs open plan lounge/dining/kitchen areas have air conditioning/heating units. - Smart Heaters are provided in each bedroom for winter to keep you warm and cosy. SUPPLIES AND GUEST AMENITIES *Look inside the fridge for a small local sample surprise. - All supplies & guest amenities are STARTER PACKS, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO. - Upon arrival you will find enough individually sealed coffee, tea, milk, sugar/sweetener, salt/pepper and biscuits for 2 mornings. - There are also tea towels, dishwashing liquid/tablets, sponge/wipe, paper towels and bin liners as well as some toilet paper and hand soap. - The house provides cling wrap, tin foil and baking paper together with basic cleaning supplies such as Spray & Wipe, - Glass/Mould/Toilet/BBQ Cleaner and a vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, dustpan/brush and long-handled broom. SHERIDAN LINEN AND TOWELS Full luxury linen and 1 luxury towel per visitor is included and beds are made up for your convenience. 500/700 thread count sheets. Covered doonas and pillows. 1 blanket/throw. - Please remember to BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS (do not use bath towels on the beach). OUTDOORS - Make the most of summer and have a BBQ on the deck taking in the peace and quiet and the great sea and birdlife views or relax by the firepit while the children play around you (property is not fenced off). - Enjoy a coffee or breakfast at the indoor/outdoor breakfast nook with stacker windows letting in the sea fresh air. PARKING There is ample street parking on the road right in front of the house and 1 car can park in the driveway. Walk up the driveway to the house or if you need a flat entrance, walk across the grass from the corner to the stairs to upstairs or down to ground floor. PETS Sorry, this house is NOT a pet friendly property. HOUSE RULES This property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires photo ID and a refundable security bond (if neighbours complain of noise, this bond is forfeit). STRICTLY NO parties or large gatherings, no bucks, no hens, no schoolies and no smoking. SERVICE FEE, LAUNDRY FEE AND CLEANING FEE If you require a cleaner can be arranged for during your stay. MINIMUM STAY There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings. CHECK IN/OUT Check out is strictly 10:00am and check in from 3pm unless an early check in and/or late check out has been agreed if possible prior to arrival and this has been confirmed.
