The 5-room apartment is on the 3rd floor above. A security deposit of €3000 is required upon booking. Parking space can be rented. The space Unique to this accommodation is the location in the artist village of Berlin-Friedrichshagen, not far from Müggelsee, Müggelspree and not far from Lake Dämeritzsee with the many water sports facilities. If you enjoy the city during the day, you can enjoy relaxing in the greenest district of Berlin in the cozy cafes, restaurants, beer gardens or maybe like to sit in the brewery directly on the Müggelsee. The kitchen is also fully equipped for a longer stay, so with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, stove and oven. All necessary utensils are present. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, all kitchenware and cooking utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. Everything is very modern, comfortable and easy to care for. The living room also hosts the coffee table, sideboard with flat screen TV, bookcase, china cabinet, closets and a dining table,which can be extended, with 6 chairs. Fast Internet is available.
