We are in the central square of San Cassiano - Alta Badia, a stunning area in the Dolomites. A stone’s throw from meadows, woods, ski lifts and ski slopes (2 min), and the most beautiful walks in the region! The apartment is on the second floor of Ciasa Franz - La Vita è Bella. Below, you’ll find Da La Vedla bar and pizzeria, cozy bars for aperitifs, excellent restaurants, and a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and useful shops. Free private parking is available onsite. The space Here with us it is a bit of a chaos. There is a lot of life. There is creativity. We like history and we like the bric-a-brac it brought to life. We have a weakness for collections of old, antique, vintage objects. We like to give new life to disused objects: antique furniture from the inheritance of aunts and uncles, grandmothers and grandfathers, some neighbors who, before throwing them away, passed by us saying: "Maybe you still manage to get something out of it!" Your apartment is private and is 51 square meters. As you enter, you will find in front of you the large living area with TV and sofa that can become a third bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, induction hobs, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Beyond the living area there is the bedroom and bathroom with tub, bidet and washing machine with dryer. The jewel in the crown is the veranda overlooking the town square. The price includes: - dedicated parking spot within the property (1 parking space), - free Wi-Fi (30 Mbps speed), - weekly change of linen for extended stays (on request), - heating, - final cleaning.
