The first floor offers a full size fully equipped kitchen, a very large dining room space and a comfortable living room space where everyone can gather around the 70 inch screen. On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. The master bathroom is also located on this floor. A bonus bedroom is available on the 3rd floor with 2 double beds. The basement is fully furnished for the ones that want peace and quiet from the upstairs activity. Curl up on the couch with a good book or get some work done at the desk. You'll also find a bonus full bathroom in the basement with a luxurious soaking tub. The basement also has a full washer and dryer available if you need. Please keep in mind, the ceiling height in the basement is limited so you may have to duck over if you are really tall. We have one free dedicated parking space in a lot 1 block away. You can also pay for parking in this lot if you have more than 1 vehicle. You have access to the entire home and back yard. There is easy access to the home with self check in via smart lock. We won't be present during your stay unless there is an emergency at the home. Just south of the Hill District and located across the Monongahela River from South Side. We're 0.6 miles from the PPG Arena and just a short drive or Uber ride away from all that downtown has to offer. You'll be close to all of the city's main attractions, but get to return to your own cozy getaway after a long day of exploring. With a Walk Score of 80 out of 100, this location is considered Very Walkable. So most errands can be accomplished on foot. The heart of downtown is only about a 16 minute walk or a short ride of 4 minutes in a car. Car sharing is also available from Uber and Lyft or even Zipcar and RelayRides.
