Bay View is an impressive Victorian town house, located in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales. The house benefits from beautiful sea and mountain views. Bay View has been awarded a Visit Wales Quality Grading of 5 stars. Bay View is equipped to a very high standard and provides an excellent quality of accommodation in a total of 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite facilities. No parties or events are allowed. The space There are 3 twin rooms, 2 kingsize rooms and 2 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds. Bay View has a fantastic, sociable kitchen/diner with a huge dining table, plus all the mod cons that one would expect in a brand new kitchen. Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/diner. The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounge. Comfortable seating is provided plus a woodburner and 51" flat screen TV. A further sitting room is located on the ground floor. This room has a games console, flat screen TV, table football, board games. There is also a ground floor WC & utility room. Outside, the beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from a patio area to the front of the house. A small back garden is available. There is also a useful lean-to, which provides useful undercover and locked storage for bikes, surf boards etc. The house benefits from superb sea views with the Cambrian coast, Harlech and a section of the Snowdonian mountain range also being within view. Access to the beach is directly opposite the house. Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian town, located on the Llyn Peninsular, 5 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The castle and all of Criccieth's many local amenities are all within a short walk of Bay View. Guest access The layout of Bay View is as follows going from the front of the houses to the back; Bay View Layout Ground Floor - Kitchen/ diner (sea views), ground floor WC, games room/ second lounge, utility First Floor - Lounge (sea views), king back bedroom with en suite shower room Second Floor - Family suite with en suite bathroom (king room plus separate interconnecting bunk room, en suite) (sea views), twin middle bedroom with en suite bathroom, king back bedroom with en suite shower room Third Floor - Family suite with en suite bathroom (king room plus separate interconnecting bunk room) (sea views) , twin middle bedroom with en suite shower room, twin back bedroom with en suite shower room Other things to note Heating (gas central heating), electricity, gas, linen, towels, wi-fi access and a welcome tray are all included in the tariff. Please note that Bay View cannot to be used for parties. Bay View is a terraced property with neighbours on either side. All our guests must be considerate to our neighbours in terms of their privacy and enjoyment of the peaceful nature of the locality. As such, in no circumstances can Bay View be used to host loud music, discos, karaoke, etc. Similarly, the front patio cannot be used to congregate for drinking and smoking etc. I must stress that Criccieth is a quiet, family-orientated holiday village and we must be considerate to our neighbours.
