Guest access Guests will have private access to everything included on site such as: - beach chairs - private heated pool - kayaks - dock access - garage - fire pit - gas grill Other things to note - PETS: pets allowed upon request and approval. Pet fee of $100 per pet will apply if approved, 2 pet maximum. - SMOKING: absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine - EVENTS: Ceremonies, weddings, and events are prohibited at this property due to neighborhood restrictions and insurance reasons. We get many requests for weddings, please know that we will not be able to approve any weddings or or official ceremonies whatsoever.
