A quick five minute drive to Perdido's beautiful white sand beaches will have you in or near water in no time. Enjoy all the luxuries of being at the beach without the noise of neighbors above or beneath you. The space This beautiful private home is ideal for a family vacation and will meet all your needs. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, our home can comfortably accommodate a max of six adults with a pull out trundle appropriate for a child. We provide all the basics needed for a relaxing vacation such as linens, toiletry items, an open concept kitchen with dishwasher, and a private washer/dryer. What makes us stand out from your other options? We include Bluetooth home audio, 300MB fiberoptic Wi-Fi, 140 can beverage fridge, pot filler above the stove, and multiple video arcade games. Upstairs bedrooms include pull down black out shades, ceiling fans, and a sound machine. Don't forget to grab the provided boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and toys on your way out! MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: Primary bedroom with king sized bed Private bathroom with walk in shower and water closet Open concept kitchen with seating at island for 4 Small round dining table with seating for 4 Washer/Dryer with small bar area and drink fridge Two Smart TV's for you to log into your own favorite streaming services SECOND LEVEL FEATURES: Bedroom 2 has two full-size beds and a smart TV Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed with pull out trundle and an additional twin bed. (Please note, the twin beds have a 150lb weight limit per bed.) Full size bathroom with double sinks and bathtub/shower combo. - Primary renter must be 25 yrs of age to rent home and be staying in the home for entire duration of trip. - Parties and nuisance complaints will not be tolerated as this is a residential area with permanent residents, any complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. - This home features a Nest doorbell camera that records video along with two security cameras located outside. - No street parking is strictly enforced by the HOA. Our home accommodates space for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. ** Please be transparent with the number of guest you intend to host. Similar to a hotel, an "extra guest fee" for guest over six will be added to cover the additional wear and tear, utilities, towels, blankets and sheets along with the additional cleaning required. An additional fee will incur for inaccurate headcount at time of booking of $100, plus the standard $25 per extra person/per night. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (except for locked owners cabinets and closet). Guests will have access to our community pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, outdoor showers and restrooms via a key FOB. Lost key fobs will be subject to a $150 dollar fine for replacement. Other things to note We cannot control the beach conditions, weather, or status of HOA amenities. Any missing or damaged items will result in a fee that equates to replacing the item.
