La Maison d'à Kôté – 1870 stone cottage

4**** independent gîte, in the countryside, in an old renovated house La Maison d'à Kôté is a comfortable cottage for 2/4 people in an old stone house that we have completely renovated. It is located in the countryside in a quiet environment, on the Alsatian foothills. Located at the gates of the Northern Vosges, 30 km from Strasbourg and close to the start of the Wine Route, the cottage will allow you to easily explore the region and then find the calm of the countryside in the evening. The space The cottage, fitted out in 2021, is adjoining our house (ground floor), it nevertheless keeps its independent entrance as well as a private garden. INSIDE THE GITE With an area of 60 m², it is composed of: - a large bright living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). - A spacious bedroom with a 140*200 bed and a large closet-wardrobe. - A lounge area, with a sofa bed with a comfortable 140*200 mattress, separated from the living room by a wooden sliding barn door. - A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, large double sink, towel dryer, toilet. The accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. All linens (bed linens, towels, dish towels) are provided free of charge. Beds are made upon arrival. The accommodation is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection. Two TVs (DTT + satellite) are installed in the lounge and in the living room. We can provide a cot and high chair free of charge. Please specify when booking. The cottage is non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets. OUTSIDE THE GITE Outside, the vacation rental has a paved area with a pergola. Garden furniture and BBQ are available. A private garden of 300 m², enclosed and planted with fruit trees, adjoins the accommodation. Guest access Private parking is reserved for you in our courtyard, secured by a gate. A lockbox will allow you to take possession of the cottage independently as soon as you arrive. Other things to note In our garden, we welcome hens, roosters and geese. A dog and a cat are also part of our family.
