This is a modern serviced room, It is a 12 minutes drive from Zanzibar Stone Town and is centrally located to reach all tourist attraction sites in Zanzibar within minutes. The space The guest can use the dining room, kitchen and even outside the house at his or her own use. Guest access The guest can access all the house. Outside the house there is spacious area for parking or just chilling while our neighborhood in Chukwani it’s a quiet and relaxing one. Other things to note Wifi is available 24/7 at Sulkhan apartments we do provide breakfast free of charge, but lunch or dinner is an extra fee of 10$ per persons choice of the food will be on our guest.
