Comfy Cottage #100: This comfortable and cozy cottage is a hidden gem inside a lakeside community that sits on the edge of Lake Conroe. A welcoming architecture of livable space makes this a great getaway from city life. The cottage features a downstairs Queen bed and upstairs loft with a King and Queen bed that can sleep 6 people comfortably. The 8 foot patio comes complete with a BBQ Grill, Kayak w life vests and even fishing rods if you want to spend a relaxing afternoon on the lake. You will arrive at a clean and comfortable well thought out home. The home comes with soft water filter plus filtered sink water. NO SMOKING POLICY We hold a strict no smoking in house or on patio policy. NO PETS POLICY We do not allow pets as much as we love them due to guests with allergies including our own children. NO PARTIES or ADDITIONAL GUESTS The cottage is reserved for its booked guests only and no parties or events are allowed in our quiet respectful community. Each room comes with its own TV along with Netflix and Roku Smart TV's. Every room contains its own AC/Heating unit w Remote Living Room features a sleeper sofa and lounge chair and dining table for 4. Kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove and Oven, microwave and filtered water and cooking utensils. Need to wash clothes during your stay? The cottage also comes with a full size washer and dryer, full size fridge as well as a dishwasher. As you step on the 8 foot patio deck, you'll find a BBQ Grill for that outdoor cooking urge. Once you're done grilling, we have a kayak that you can take with convenient kayak cart down to the boat docs to go kayaking on the water. We also have fishing rods so you can fish while kayaking. You'll have 2 assigned parking spaces and access to the entire resort. We will provide you a digital access I am available via Airbnb messenger Quiet Community, great people, lots to do. Bookings on behalf other guests will require proof of ID and contact info of guests. We will contact the guest to confirm verification. If we do not receive ID or contact info or if we are unable to contact the guest you are booking on behalf of, we have the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
