Whether you are needing to work from home or just have a nice comfortable place to sleep this is the place for you. With plenty of spaces to sleep with a new AC in every room we keep things cool. For entertainment you have an Alexa in every Bedroom and the kitchen to listen to music or set alarms. There's also 3 smart TVs with several apps already logged in. Nestled between the airport and the mall of San Juan this location is also great if you are exploring the island. Near all major highways. Easily head east to Fajardo or Ceiba to catch the Ferry. Or drive west to Crashboat Beach or Cabo Rojo by accessing the toll highway easily. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and thus you will hear and see just as the locals do. This includes hearing roosters, the singing frog at night and local dogs barking anytime. You may also hear loud cars with music. Luckily available for all guests in all bedrooms we provide ear plugs should you need them. Other things to note The hot water just like most of Puerto Rico is gas powered and needs batteries to create spark for the water heater. In the event the batteries die they will need to be changed out. This takes less than a minute and we provide extra batteries in the event this happens. If the gas runs out we also assist with getting a new gas tank delivered. We ask that you DO NOT touch the gas tank or any controls on the water heater please contact me for help. Also just like most of Puerto Rico plumbing is not the same as in the mainland. When using the restroom, you are not allowed to flush anything other than what came out of your body. We provide trash cans and extra trash bags to dispose anything easily. The pool is a Bestway Power Steel Above Ground Pool Set, 9'3 ft x 6'5 ft x 33" in. The pool is only meant for lounging and you should shower before entering to avoid bringing sand or any other dirt. DO NOT sit or stand for the wood enclosure around the pool for your safety.
