Several things to keep you busy while visiting or chill in quiet space for relaxation. Master King bed, Bedroom 2 King Bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed, Bedroom 4 two queen bunk beds. House sleeps 10 There is a propane fire pit and grill available to use during your stay. There is an additional $15.00 fee (per tank) required for propane. Guests need to check local burn ban notices before using the fire pit area. Send message if you plan to use and management will see to it that you have propane available. Guest access You will receive check in instructions as well as the door code day of check in approximately 12 hours before. At this time, we aren't able to guarantee any early check ins, or late check outs. If you would like an early check-in or late check out, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING - WE CAN ONLY ACCOMADATE 10 GUESTS AND 3 CARS AT THIS PROPERTY. 2 CARS CAN BE PARKED IN THE DRIVE AND 1 PARKED LONG WAYS AT THE TOP OF THE DRIVE. OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO MAKING RESERVATION: More than 6 persons there will be additional $20 per person per night fee added to reservation. We reserve the right to confirm guest count upon check in and charge for additional guests. Health or safety concerns: Due to the fact that the owners son is highly allergic to certain animals (including dogs) I can not have any reservations with Assistance Animals.
