The house is located in the health resort of Heringhausen, surrounded by nature and the local recreation area with many cycling and hiking trails right outside the front door. On 100 m² over 2 levels, 6 people plus baby can feel right at home. For larger groups, the sister house is right next door. The space "Rubin". On the upper level is the spacious living/dining area including a superbly equipped kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the foothills of the low mountain range and Lake Diemelsee – pure LakeView, where the name says it all! Amenities include a game collection, smart TV with soundbar, electric fireplace and direct access to the large LakeView roof terrace with gas grill. There is also a cozy bedroom on this level with a box spring bed and ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. The chic reading corner on the gallery serves as a small retreat before going to bed or even in between. All in all, it simply makes you want to take an extended vacation or a short break. On the lower floor, in addition to a spacious entrance area, there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a box spring bed and one with two single beds) and a large wellness bathroom with a sauna, bathtub and wellness shower. In addition, the house has a utility room with a washer & dryer, as well as a 2nd terrace right in front of the lower bedroom. The 'children's bedroom' with two single beds has a small desk including an inductive charging function for your cell phone, thus offering the possibility of relocating your 'home office' to this wonderful place if necessary. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A rollaway baby travel crib and high chair are available for the very little ones. The house is equipped to be allergy-friendly. Thanks to a central ventilation system, there is always a balanced room climate. All mattresses are equipped with mite-proof protective covers. There is parking right in front of the house, including an electric charging station. - Use of the electric charging station is free of charge for e-mobility users when renting this property.
