On the upper level is the spacious living/dining area including top-equipped kitchen. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a magnificent view of the foothills of the low mountains and the Diemelsee - LakeView pure, as the name becomes a program! Amenities include game collection, smart TV with sound bar, electric fireplace, and direct access to the large LakeView roof terrace with gas grill. In addition, on this level there is a cozy bedroom with box spring bed and ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet.
