The house is located in the health resort of Heringhausen, surrounded by nature and the local recreation area with many cycling and hiking trails right outside the front door. On 100 m² over 2 levels, 6 people plus baby can feel right at home. For larger groups, the sister house is right next door. The space "Rubin". On the upper level is the spacious living/dining area including a fully equipped kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the foothills of the low mountain range and the Diemelsee - pure LakeView, the name says it all! Amenities include a game collection, smart TV with sound bar, electric fireplace and direct access to the large LakeView roof terrace with gas grill. Also on this level is a cozy bedroom with a box spring bed and ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. The chic reading corner on the gallery acts as a small retreat before going to sleep or in between. All in all, it just makes you want to have an extensive vacation or a short break. On the lower floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a box spring bed and one with two single beds), a large spa bath with sauna, bathtub and spa shower. In addition, the house has a utility room with a washing machine & dryer, as well as a 2nd terrace right in front of the lower bedroom. The "children's bedroom" with two single beds has a small desk including an inductive charging function for your mobile phone and thus offers the possibility to relocate the "home office" to this wonderful place if necessary. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi throughout the house. For the little ones, there is a baby travel crib and high chair. The house is allergy-friendly. A central ventilation system always ensures a balanced indoor climate. All mattresses are equipped with mite-proof protective covers. Right in front of the house there is parking incl. an e-charging station. - The use of the e-charging station is free of charge for e-mobilists when renting this property.
