The kid friendly neighborhood is central to Columbia village centers offering shops, restaurants, entertainment, lakes, hiking trails + more. Guests will enjoy FiOS Quantum data-multiple Laptop friendly work areas, 2 TVs and data jacks thru-out the home. See owners' favorites' list for local treats like Savage Mill, Ellicott City, or Merriweather Post Pavilion The space Family friendly home is one level, high accessibility, and remodeled to make the space feel open and sharing. Yet one can still get away to the deck for a private cup of Joe or the living room and cozy up to with a good book while the rest of the family is enjoying the pool table and entertainment center in the family room. Guest access Entire 1st Floor, deck, yard, and double wide driveway will be accessible to guests. Other things to note WiFi fiber optic service reaches out to our huge deck. My Columbia House is pet friendly for dogs not cats (we have allergies) with lots of dog walkers in our family friendly neighborhood. For guest laundry Zips is 5 miles south and Kings Laundry offers pickup with next day delivery. There is a separate living quarters in the basement which our family uses when stopping over to pickup our grandchild. This has its own entrance. If we have our dog, he is people friendly, and we don’t mind you saying hello.
