Open concept living and rear bedroom/rec room are perfect for relaxing and having fun with family & friends. Close to popular wedding venues, local marinas & charter fishing boats, restaurants, Tiki bars, beaches, golfing, parks, & bike trails. The space Recently updated but still has some of it's rustic features. The 3 main bedrooms are smaller and the large 4th bedroom/recreation room has the 1/2 bath. Guest access Enjoy the entire home, driveway parking (shared with the neighbor), and private pier. Our aunt & uncle live next door and may ask to access the pier from time to time. Other things to note Is The Bay swimmable? It is. However, please be mindful of the following: We have a rip rap or stone shoreline and the rocks can be slippery. It is best to access the water from the pier using the ladder. Jellyfish are present in the hot summer months. Two bicycles are available to use and also fishing and crabbing gear.
