Prime location - walking distance to everything. Pay pickleball or tennis on our tennis court, discover the canal and lakes on our kayaks and see the koalas on Raymond Island by riding our bikes! The foreshore, cafes, shops, pubs and markets and the Raymond Island Ferry are all a short walk away. The space We are located a few minutes walk away from Paynesville and are right on the water in a quiet court location with private parking, tennis court at the end of our driveway. Please note: We do not provide jetty access. We have kayaks and life jackets, tennis racquets and tennis balls, bikes with helmets all free to use during your stay. We have a Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied, fast wifi, large TV. The home has a split system for heating and air conditioning. We have games, books, comfy rugs to use in the reclining couch that overlooks the view of the water. The showers are amazing, great water pressure and heat! The kitchen has everything you need to entertain. The bedrooms all open out into a large open family/dining/lounge area. We love it- we hope you do too!
