Enjoy a warm welcome to a comfortable newly built one bedroom apartment in the center of Riga. The apartment is fully furnished and located on the ground floor. The flat is ideal for couples or solo travelers. Everything is near as you are in the center of town. Old town is within 20 minutes walk. Safe neighborhood with plenty to discover. Apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay including full equipped kitchen. We love meeting people from around the world and share interests. The space The iron, bed line, towels, washer, kitchen, free wife are at your disposal. You can feel free to cook your own meal if you need to use kitchen as plates, utensils provided. There is French Press and Tea brewer in the kitchen as well. When we at home we love meeting people and share common interests, have a chat, watch movies. Our one bedroom flat cozy. We will make you feel at home and comfortable. Please keep our apartment clean and take your shoes off when you enter apartment. No loud music, no parties, no smoking, no additional people allowed. As a lot of travelers request certain things, we just want to let you know we don't have toaster or hair dryer. Any damages to property or broken items would be sole responsibility to the traveler to compensate the owner or pay for it. Guest access Our parking is small as most residents have cars. If you have car you would need to park in neighborhood area. If you do not have a car, there is plenty of public transport; trams, trolleybuses or you can get Bolt similar to Uber here which is very affordable. Other things to note Our area is safe, there are two mini markets around the corner where you can buy groceries if you want to cook. Walking to Old Town takes 20 minutes. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around in walking distance.
