The space Northwoods Farmstead is a private 1.5-acre retreat just south of downtown Sister Bay, and one of Door County's most distinctive large group rentals, built around genuine connection and serious fun. The Entertainment Barn: The centerpiece of Northwoods Farmstead is our private Entertainment Barn, a separate building designed entirely around having a great time together. Inside you'll find a full indoor bar with seating and a mini fridge, a 65-inch Smart TV, and classic arcade games including Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man. At the heart of the Barn is our 8-person walk-in sauna, wood-lined, properly hot, and built for long sessions. A full glass garage door opens directly to the fire pit area, so you can move seamlessly between the heat of the sauna and the cool night air outside. There is nothing else like this combination in Door County. Private Outdoor Hot Tub: Unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, conveniently located just off the back patio. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring Door County. Guests have full access to this amenity throughout their stay. Outdoor Living: The outdoor bar, strung with vintage lights, is where the group tends to end up before dinner. The fire pit area has Adirondack chairs, cozy blankets, roasting sticks, and a starter supply of firewood. For time on the water, two inflatable paddle boards with life jackets are provided for paddle boarding at Sister Bay Beach, just minutes away. Beach chairs and beach towels are included. Yard games include cornhole, Kubb, bucket golf, ping pong, and a dartboard in the garage. The Main Home: The home is single-level, making it easy and accessible for guests of all ages. Three bedrooms, three private bathrooms, and a layout that gives everyone space without feeling spread out. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private en suite with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a nearby full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and its own private en suite, ideal for families or friends sharing. All bedrooms have hospitality-grade mattresses, luxury linens, Smart TVs, and extra pillows and blankets. A pack-and-play crib is available for little ones. The kitchen is open-concept with custom cabinetry, subway tile, and a full appliance suite. The custom coffee bar has a drip maker, French press, Keurig, and electric kettle, plus a starter supply of Door County Coffee. The living room has a fireplace, plush leather sofas with a sleeper option, and board games and card games for a slower night in. The yard is not fully fenced, so we recommend supervising kids and pets outdoors. The home sits near Highway 57, so occasional road noise is possible. Boats, trailers, and RVs may not be parked on the property per local ordinance code. Airbnb verifies identity but does not share guest age or date of birth with hosts. Because our properties have a minimum age requirement for the primary renter, we must verify this directly for insurance and compliance.
