This room also features a private en-suite bath with a custom walk-in tile shower, farmhouse style vanity and plush towels for an indulgent experience. In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen-sized bed surrounded by a charming farmhouse checkerboard design, giving this room a rustic yet elegant feel. A full bathroom with a custom tile walk-in shower and farmhouse style vanity is located nearby. The third bedroom is perfect for family or friends, with two queen-sized beds and its own private en-suite bathroom with a custom tile tub/shower and farmhouse style vanity. All bedrooms come with luxury hospitality-grade mattresses and linens to ensure restful nights. Each room is equipped with a SmartTV and YouTubeTV is provided for your convenience. We provide a pack n’ play crib along with extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom. Complimentary allergy free and eco-friendly toiletries like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided in each bathroom along with hairdryers for guest use. Kitchen & Lounge The open-concept kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with a subway-style backsplash, custom cabinetry, and ample counter space for preparing meals. It’s equipped with modern appliances, including a whisper-quiet dishwasher, toaster, oven, and stove. Enjoy quiet mornings and a warm cup of coffee made the way you like from the custom coffee bar. A variety of coffee makers, including a drip coffee pot, french press and Keurig are provided. A starter supply of Door County Coffee K-Cups and coffee packets are supplied for all guests. For tea lovers, a an assortment of tea options are supplied along with an electric water kettle. Gather around the fireplace in the living room, where plush leather sofas (one being a sleeper sofa) provide plenty of seating for everyone. A SmartTV is mounted above the fireplace for movie nights, and the space offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere to relax with your loved ones. Board games, puzzles and card games are located in the front closet for guests who want to enjoy a game night at home. Outdoor Space Northwoods Farmstead spans 1.5 acres where guests can enjoy a fun afternoon of yard games like cornhole (bags), Kuub and bucket golf. A ping-pong table and dartboard are located in the garage for guest use. The outdoor bar, illuminated by vintage string lights, offers a fun space for all groups. The fire pit area is the ideal spot to gather after a long day, with Adirondack chairs, blankets for chilly nights, roasting sticks for s’mores; a starter pack of firewood is provided. If you’re feeling adventurous, two inflatable paddle boards with life jackets are provided for you to enjoy at Sister Bay Beach, just minutes down the road. Foldable beach chairs and beach towels are also provided. Entertainment Barn - A Gathering Space One of the most unique features of Northwoods Farmstead is the Entertainment Barn, a separate building from the main house designed for fun and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find an indoor bar with a mini-fridge, a 65-inch smart TV with YouTube TV provided makes this space great for catching the big game, and arcade games of Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man offer plenty of entertainment. For ultimate relaxation, the walk-in sauna can fit up to 8 people, providing a soothing escape after a day of exploration. The all-glass garage door connects this gathering space to the outdoor fire pit area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for socializing and making memories. Northwoods Farmstead does have external cameras that record 24/7 monitoring the driveway, the fire pit and the yard for safety purposes. Per Sister Bay zoning code, parking of boats, boat trailers, RVs or RV trailers on the property is not permitted. Guests must use designated public parking areas for these vehicles. Our smart lock system generates a custom access code for a seamless self check in process for the property—no keys required. And when you’re ready to leave, simply pack up and walk out the door—no long check-out list! **Important Booking Process – Please Read** After you request your stay, our software-connected system will guide you through a few quick steps required for all reservations: 1. Sign our digital Rental Agreement. This confirms the terms, house rules, and conditions of your stay and is required for all guests. 2. Upload a photo ID for the primary guest. Airbnb verifies identity but does not share guest age or date of birth with hosts. Because our properties have a minimum age requirement for the primary renter, we must verify this directly for insurance and compliance. Your ID is collected through a secure portal and used only for this purpose. 3. Place a refundable $300 security deposit hold. This is a temporary authorization hold on your card, not a charge, processed through our secure property-management system. The hold is released after checkout provided there is no damage. Airbnb allows software-connected hosts to complete these steps through a secure system when disclosed in advance. All reservation payments remain on Airbnb. This process helps us ensure safety, compliance, and an excellent guest experience.
