Located close to all amenities, the house provides easy roadside parking, private entrance spacious comfortable accommodation and a private covered roof terrace with outdoor kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, BBQ. Guest access We operate a flexible self check-in and check-out for our guests convenience. This means that you can access and depart from the property at any time during your arrival and departure days. The house comprises a large comfortable and tastefully furnished open plan lounge/dining room complete with wood burner, cable TV with English and Portuguese language channels, dining set for 6. There are 2 first floor bedrooms, both with king sized beds featuring memory foam mattresses. Both have small balconies. In the basement of the house (without natural light) is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Additionally there is a sofa bed converting to 2 additional single beds suitable for children. On the roof you’ll find an outdoor kitchen and relaxation area. There is a covered terrace with comfortable patio furniture where you can enjoy evening drinks or an Al-fresco meal. A separate utility roof terrace features a barbecue and sink with hot and cold water, a dishwasher and a washing machine and clothes line. A well equipped kitchen on the ground floor complete with dishwasher, and modern first floor bathroom with full sized bath with shower complete the house. Other things to note Central to the coastline of the Algarve, Olhos d' Agua is ideally situated to explore the Algarvian province. 30 minutes drive from the capital city of Faro and the airport to the East, 45 minutes from the ancient city of Lagos to the West, and 50 minutes to the thermal baths at Monchique nestling in the hills to the North-West, Casa d' Cor provides you with an ideal base, whether you want to kick back and relax or explore the miles of unspoilt area that the Algarve has to offer.
