(E-contract reflecting the same rules as below). *In order to receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address. 2) Do NOT click on "Request to Book" & BLOCK OFF the dates WITHOUT MY (HOTST'S) PERMISSION.Your reservation may not qualify for a refund based on your trip dates. *By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING OFF the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract. 3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of guests (including children) when submitting your inquiry. > If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’. > To comply with local jurisdiction, guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property. 5) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is charged or withheld directly by the host, not via Airbnb, anytime after booking confirmation. If there are no issues, the security deposit will be refunded after check-out. Your money will only be used if there is damage to the property or a violation of house rules or LA CITY AIRBNB ORDINANCE. > The deposit amount ranges from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the guest's past reviews and other factors. 6) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual. 7) As the reservation holder, your presence is required at the check-in. 8) Check in is @4 pm, check out is @10 am. > A late check-in fee of $100 will be applied if your check-in is scheduled after 7 pm. > Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost. 9) NO parties or loud music are allowed. > All outdoor and indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy. 10) Los Angeles City ordinance quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system.
