Beautiful tourist house, classified 4 stars, very well located at the gates of Bordeaux and close to the tram. The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), is tastefully decorated and fully designed for conviviality and comfort. Facing south, with a garden and a high-end hot tub that can be enjoyed all year round. The space Very nice house with neat decoration and open living rooms for more conviviality. Beautiful south facing exposure on pleasant veranda overlooking the garden and spa. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore quiet. A 6 seater spa (use until 10pm maximum) a pergola, garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal. The house is equipped with a large open kitchen, modern and functional and fully equipped ( refrigerator, induction hob and range hood, dishwasher, microwave oven and multifunction oven, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker, large cabinets and countertops ) A large living room with its large corner sofa and TV corner by the fireplace and beautiful veranda with superb solid elm table that comfortably sleeps 9 people. Finally, you'll find a toilet on each floor. The house has 4 bedrooms: - a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed of 140, its private bathroom and a dressing room. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms from 12 to 16m2: - one with a queen size bed of 160. - one with a 140 bed - one with a queen size bed of 160 and a single bed of 90. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with large storage cabinets and special attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding. The floor is completed by a bathroom with bathtub and double vanity and a separate toilet Parking is very easy just in front of the house or possibility to bring two cars into the driveway of the house.
