Casita N is a one bedroom with king size bed, and a sleeper sofa in living room, one bathroom with walk-in shower, and great room with a combined kitchen and living area. The unit has a nice size south facing walled private yard near the pool which is accessible from the great room. The living room has leather furniture (queeen sleeper sofa), a flat screen TV (cable tv), and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils, there is a drip coffee maker. The casita has its own full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is furnished with linens, blankets, towels, basic soaps, and paper products. We provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in our secure off street lot with assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do NOT bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED! Cameras on site recording. Guest access Guests are able to check in 24/7 with smart locks and vehicle gate for easy check in and check out.
