The Tipsy Moon was meticulously designed and renovated to provide our Guests with all the comforts of home. The Tipsy Moon has been our family for three generations and we are excited to welcome you as our Guests! The Tipsy Moon is a quick 20 minute drive to Sedona and the Majestic Red Rocks. We are 10 minute drive to the must visit 'Ghost Town' of Jerome. Visit the Verde Valley Wine Trail - Arizona's Wine Country! You will be one hour from Flagstaff and 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon! Living Space: Enjoy the beautiful 1,200 sq ft rambler with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The interior of the house underwent a complete remodel with all new furniture, beds and furnishings. Looking for a great night sleep? Our guests rave about our beds and what a great night stay they have! Relax in the comfortable and stylish family room with a decorative fireplace and a 58” smart TV. Cook your favorite meal in the renovated kitchen with all new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee out of the direct sunlight on your covered patio with a fully fenced backyard. After a day of exploring, rest peacefully in the master suite with a new King bed and a walk-out sliding door to the covered patio and the new hot tub. The home has a new air conditioning system to keep you cool on warm days. *All 3 bedrooms have blackout blinds and/or curtains to help you enjoy your stay and a full night's sleep! Washer and Dry available for your use. As well as laundry detergent. ★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ A home like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have an outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the serenity. Enjoy the hot tub that takes stargazing to a new level, outdoor dining area under the covered patio and seating area. Relax at home while the BBQ is getting ready, and dine under the magnificent Arizona sky. It is fully stocked with all the essentials for making breakfast to preparing full family meals. We have a full size electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We provide pots, pans, toaster, food storage, mixing bowls, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Machine, wine glasses and wine openers. A Brita water filter is also provided in the refrigerator. ★ Main Bedroom ★ King Bed The spacious main bedroom is at the back of the house and has direct access to the covered private patio. The master bedroom has a new king bed, black-out curtains and a cozy, fully updated master bathroom. The master bedroom is setup for comfort and relaxation. A built-in desk area is a great spot to get some work done or just surf the web. There is also a large master closet with a dresser and full length mirror. ★ Guest Bedroom ★ Queen Bedroom #1 Cozy, smaller Mid-Century Modern Guest Bedroom with a new Queen Bed and fabulous mattress. Blackout blinds for a good night's sleep! Closet with dresser and luggage rack. ★ Guest Bedroom #2 ★ Queen Bed Guest Bedroom with a new Queen Bed and high-end mattress. Blackout blinds for a good night's sleep! Closet with luggage rack and hanging storage/clothes organizer. ★ Bathrooms ★ Both bathrooms have been fully updated and evoke a sense of a fun, modern style. Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. Hair Dryers provided in both bathrooms. Master bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. The master bath is small in size but big in character! Both bathrooms provide bathtub/shower combos. *Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces as well as towels and washcloths. Please use the black makeup towels for removing makeup. *The home is professionally and meticulously cleaned after each stay. ★ Entertainment ★ - 58” TV with Roku in the Family Room. - 42” Roku TV on the outdoor patio Enjoy Pluto TV (local channels) or login to your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV and other apps. ★ WIFI ★ High speed wireless internet up to 200 Mbps. Noise: We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am to respect our neighbors. This is a family neighborhood and some neighbors do have dogs. At times dogs may bark, but typically owners bring dogs inside if they do start to make noise. We have a fully fenced yard. Garbage Day: The outside trash bin is located to the side of the house in front of the gate. * We provide a concierge service for garbage and they will pickup the cans on Friday morning and then return them. *Please note that recycle and garbage go in one bin and the city separates it at their facility. Gardener: Yard Maintenance comes once a week. They typically come on different days and times (but never before 8:00am) They are outside (only) for an hour or so to do a quick cleanup of the yard. Please note that you will need to purchase additional supplies if/when needed. *There is one outdoor security camera that points towards the carport/entryway/front door. Please Read the House Rules Prior to Booking so we can make sure we are your best fit. Guests must review and agree to abide by the House Rules when booking. Other things to note While we do sweep and cleanup the covered porch and front entryway after each stay, please note that due to weather, wind, native plants, dust and other factors these areas can experience debris/dust. Please contact us if you have any concerns. We do provide a broom for the outdoors (in the entry hall closet labeled 'outdoor') that can be used at your convenience. Please also note that this is Arizona and we do have bugs. We do provide bug spray under the sink. No parties, smoking of any kind in or around the property, no pets/animals (we have family with severe allergies), no additional guests that are not registered at the time of booking, quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.
