The house is located in west side of town and close to Hwy 372 which is closer to Death Valley and California /Nevada state line than other Airbnb in town. Local convenience stores and gas station are within 2 miles. The space Our home is fully equipped to give you the "Being At Home" experience. Full kitchen with electric range with oven, microwaves, and refrigerator. Coffee and tea are prepared for the " morning persons". A large flat screen TV. Outdoor furnitures are provided for star gazing and enjoy the beautiful night sky. Guest access ***Our host team reserve the right to access to the yard for maintenance.*** Other things to note ************************************* Note to Guests: We’re in the process of obtaining our Short-Term Rental License as required by the county. In the meantime, we’re only able to host monthly stays (31 days or more). Please message us before booking. To Avoid Ants and Pests Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. Pet Needs Pre-approval By Host. No Smoking Inside The House.
