From the living room, a large wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 4 bedrooms, three of which are double and one with a French bed. On this floor, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and another service bathroom with a large shower. Also on the first floor, there is a terrace with a sea view. The villa also has a double bedroom in the attic, equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom (toilet and sink), and a terrace. The attic is accessed via an external staircase. Villa Anna features a large garden and a covered portico equipped with a table, chairs, and a comfortable seating area. Near the pool, a recently built beautiful and convenient open kitchen with a bar area is provided, equipped with a stove and fridge.
