100 year old farm house on 22 acres 0.5mi from Historic main square. Our home holds its age well, but guests should know to expect some chipped paint, wood floors with authentic wear & tear. If these walls could talk! 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 3 porches, large yard, firepit; Lightening fast wi-fi and TVs in all rooms; 650' river frontage & next door to boat ramp & fishing dock. NOTE- we have an awesome new cleaning crew! The space Peaceful retreat for families, couples, or groups for an antiquing weekend. 2.5 miles to MS150 and 12 miles to Warrenton/Round Top. Lots of room for large groups to spread out; separate downstairs' and upstairs' living rooms. House is 100 years old & guests should be able to find charm in old things that show wear. Despite the pastoral setting we have city water and lightening fast fiber internet. Guest access Access using your secure code on keypad that is ON the back door. Other things to note Note: for those with impaired mobility, please be aware that the stairs are steep and rim on the claw-foot bathtub is fairly tall.
