The space Beautiful full kitchen with new appliances (oven, stove and microwave). The kitchen includes all your basic essentials. A dining area that comfortably seats 4 people. Feel relaxed in your private bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, plenty of closet/storage space, and a Roku TV. A spacious living room area with a queen sized sofa bed and a 55 inch TV with a Firestick. Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ and Amazon prime are all available at your fingertips. There are board games in the coffee table and a vintage Nintendo console in the TV stand for your entertainment. A private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Last but not least a laundry room with washer and dryer to wash clothes and linen if needed. This is the bottom unit of a home converted in to two separate spaces. I live in the top unit. There are NO shared spaces, you have the entire unit to yourselves including full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Guest access There is free street parking on the side of the house where the mailbox is. Please allow enough space for the mail carrier to access the mailbox. Please do not park to the right side of the driveway where our neighbor’s mailbox is located. Other things to note There is a linen closet across from the bedroom which includes a mattress topper for extra comfort if needed when using the sofa bed. A pack n’ play is inside of the closet. A portable heater and fan is located in the bedroom closet if necessary. Please do not misplace the remotes. If you would like the overall temperature adjusted, please let us know and we will be happy to adjust it. Clothing iron is located inside of the bathroom linen closet. To switch the surround system to the tv Input, on the stereo click “SAT” or to use the Aux cord change the input to “LINE-IN”
