The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for the family’s dinner. Washer/dryer and linens are included as well. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom has a wall mounted HD TV, as well as a king size bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has solid wood bunkbeds, twin over full, and there’s a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are books to choose from for those relaxing days and a desk for your laptop. There is easy access to both the beach and the pools. Summerhouse complex has four heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, and bike racks. There are grills with cabanas, new playgrounds for kids and horseshoes and shuffleboard. There is RV/Boat parking on the premises. We invite you to take a short walk to the beach where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Or perhaps you may witness one of nature's greatest spectacles...sea turtles nesting! Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 115 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop 'til you drop! You will want to return year after year! Bring an extra queen sheet set, blankets and pillows if you plan on using the sofa bed. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.
