Would you like to enjoy your holidays in a villa right in front of the sea? We run a little family business in the coastal town of Denia with several villas to rent right beside a sandy beach! Do not hesitate in contacting us! :) The space This Villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom, independent kitchen fully equiped, living-room, covered terrace and solar terrace, private garden with an outdoor shower and parking. And the most important, THE BEACH: only seven steps away from the garden gate! ;) It is a calm street but you have supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias in walking distance. In addition there are good bus connections with the town center every half an hour and with car you can get there in seven minutes. We also can inform you about the most interesting places to see in Denia and its surroundings. Welcome to the door the sea! ;) Guest access The garden, the villa and the parking is to be used only by the guests. There are no common areas shared with others. Nevertheless we will be available all the time in case you would have any questions or doubts. Other things to note This property will not be rented out to groups of people younger than 25 years. Student parties, bachelorette or bachelor parties or any form of drinking parties are not allowed as the Villa is located in a residential area with mandatory regulations regarding noise.
